Bob,

My brand new sensor blew out of the tank. Thats why I ended up replacing the tank and the sensor.

I started out trying to fix the threaded connection on the sensor using teflon tape. I also tried a short piece of bicycle inner tube.

That didn't work, so I replaced the sensor, which blew out.

Then I replaced them both and all is well.
