That would be Saint Devonshire, watcher of the Syncro Westies. He was recently canonized after years of tireless effort making sure that those rare creatures were sold to caring homes. I'm thinking he must be Lutheran (German Heritage). The number below it refers to the number of minutes devoted to meditating about that specific Syncro.
