        Most FLAPS will check your battery/charging system for free. I
have gone there several times, no questions asked. Your best bet is to go
to a shop that only sells batteries. Have the battery filler caps
removed(if possible) while the load test is done. When we did this on our
85 we witness one of the cells boil and smoke!
