<< My mechanic says that the part number is 251 121 399 M...but you list 251 121 083 H. Are these two parts the same? (My van is a 1991)>>

No the 399M is the Hard plastic pipe that runs the length of the van (Feed) while the 083H is a hose which connects between this pipe and the radiator (return). If you need the hose (083H) I have one of these in stock at $30 US. (See the picture on my website for positive ID). I could send it out today via USPS air mail. If you need the plastic pipe, this lists for $142 US from the dealer and you would be better off getting this from the local dealer as shipping costs would be prohibitive (its long!). If you want the other hose (Feed) 251121082 this is $24 US and I have it in stock as well. You can check both of these parts out with pricing and pictures by going to http://199.217.188.30/search.asp and entering the part numbers (no spaces). Let me know if I can help you.
