And me and anybody else who learns from such great experimenters/engineers like Gene was and his progeny are. The publications available on the Berg website convey solid information that will benefit anyone who isn't convinced they know it all or somehow know better what works, what fails and why.

Excellent, Bob. I agree these sound business principles are the best for any free market. Commitment to the customer comes first. Gratis to the ungrateful never. Pro bono when the spirit moves and commitments allow.
