Chibong, The German exhaust emission regulations are very different from the US standard. They are not comparable. But on the other hand, the parts are identical, except one major part: The Engine Management Box I have no details on the emission test specifications, but to get an approval for an engine / car model combination you have to pass a test with a duration of about three days. For a renewal of the certificate (every two years) it does not need more than a CO reading according to the manufacturer definition. It does not help you if some Germans will send you their computer print of local exhaust emission test.
