Josesph; If it is oil fouling the engine may not be air tight. You could be sucking oil from the case through the breather vent. This would produce symptoms identical to a vacuum leak, which it really is. Alternately excessive blow-by might cause this type of oil migration. If it is gas fouling, which it sounds like, I would check the TEMPII SENSOR first. It controls the mixture. Next the fuel pressure regulator might be suspect. It'll run very well for a few minutes then start idling roughly and finally dies.
