I just had a couple of dings and a fairly major dent removed by Dent Pro in San Francisco. They did a fairly reasonable job. Those big sheets of metal on the sides of our vans collect dings like the front collects bugs, and after Dent Pro was done with my van, both sides looked smooth when viewed at an angle into the light. Nice. The rear hatch had a larger dent... almost a crease. They did a fairly good job of removing this, though you can still tell that the dent was there.
