I ordered 4 Michelin Agilis 61 tires from my local tire store today (coming from Reno!?). I got a price of CA$125.00 each (down abit from the list price of CA$190). The tire guy said he had discussed this tire with the Michelin regional sales rep after my initial enquires and the rep claimed that it is difficult to get the tires from Europe, supposedly in demand there. Apparently they are OEM for the Eurovan (larger size ones than the vanagon, also not sure if they are 61's, maybe 51's?). This price is not much more than what I paid for my yoko 370s 3 years ago. If anyone cares, I'll post a comparison between the tires. Alistair |
