> MB VitoI was suprised at the interest about this van, compared with the T3 VW {Vanagon} it's quite small, and front wheel drive, > it feels smaller that the T4 VW. Give me the T3 any day! Good quality van! Although I'm not always sure about the quality of the T3/Vanagon (the older ones certainly rust a lot in wet climates like Holland, and eat engines and transmissions), I agree with your opinion of the MB Vito/Marco Polo. I checked one out at the Düsseldorf RV show last September. It's very neat, but it's also very small inside - MUCH smaller than a Vanagon. The driver sits very far back, as in MPVs, and this eats camping space. Also, I think overall length is a few inches shorter than Vanagon. The thing I really like though is the length of the bed - a full 2 metres (6'8"?) rather than the 1.85 (6'2") you have in the Vanagon Westfalia and Westfalia Eurovan.
