Josesph; If it is oil fouling the engine may not be air tight. You could be sucking oil from the case through the breather vent. This would produce symptoms identical to a vacuum leak, which it really is. Alternately excessive blow-by might cause this type of oil migration. If it is gas fouling, which it sounds like, I would check the TEMPII SENSOR first. It controls the mixture. Next the fuel pressure regulator might be suspect. <snip>so far I've pulled the plugs,cleaned them, fouled them again with what appears to be oil in about ten minutes (pulled and cleaned plugs twice for good measure.) It'll run very well for a few minutes then start idling roughly and finally dies. I changed the oil (and smelled plenty of gasoline in it) ...
