I have a bad sender on my car. The light will blink when the engine is cold. To put it correctly: It blinks for 5 sec's as a check, goes out for 15 sec's then starts to blink again, and doesn't stop even if the engine heats up. So, when the engine is hot, I shut it off, and start it again (resetting the computer) then the light goes out after 5 sec's, and doesn't blink. I have a bad sender, but I don't know which.
