I don't see how enough oil could get into a combustion chamber to foul an engine that is running well for even a short time. Sounds like fuel system problems, especially with fuel in the oil.

You might want to take it in to a good mechanic, but if you want to get a good fire extinguisher, a multimeter, and a good fuel pressure gauge you can check everything out yourself. The Bentley will run you through the tests, but basically fuel pressure and injectors should be tested first. If you have never replaced your injectors, it would probably be easiest to do so now and see if that fixes it (the trial and error method). Or, you can have them rebuilt at places like NAPA that have machine shops for about $35 each.

Also, next time you push a vehicle put your back to it and push with your legs! Pushing with your arms puts incredible strain on your back. Been there, done that!
