I didn't measure, but it's less than 1/2" from the bottom of the fins on the
block.  It uses the existing engine tin bolts.  Note that the electrical
connections sticks out the back a bit.  You can remove the plug for summer
storage if you want.


If you really need, I can measure and take a digipic.
