Larry, brake light switch located on master cylinder, left side. remove the dash pod and you can see/feel it clearly.I've found it can be removed and replaced without draining any fluid if you wrap surrounding area with rags and swap it out quickly. I used a long extension from under the dash left of the steering column. If memory serves, a 22ml deep socket is what you'll need. Although I can't remember for certain be cautious with the brake switch positive wire, it may be live without ignition on. List members, I seem to have a problem with my brake lights. The bulbs all check out good, to sockets look clean and all tail lights are working except the brake lights. I suspect a switch problem. Can anyone tell me how to get to the brake light switch. Its location is not readily apparent to me.

Thanks, Larry
