This human-powered grinder is perfect for camping because you need to slow

while enjoying the varied scenery of a camping outing. The main thing I like
about this is that during work days the coffee machine is flipped on and the
workday routine begins.  Westy mornings begin with hand grinding my coffee,
pouring boiling H20 over grounds in a Melitta filter (one cup size -size 1
or 2 filter), and soaking up the atmosphere...a far cry from my normal
routine.

If I need to make an early start in the morning, I grind the coffee the
night before to save time.
