Too add to your comment, from my backpacking/kayak camping gear, I have
something called an outback oven.  Works well in the Westy, lets me bake
everything from Pizza to brownies and cookies.


The looks I get from people when they walk by my camper or on the sides
of a river and smell brownies.  =)
