Jim, 1. That stinks! 2. I have heard of other list members removing the stud up welding a nut to it and using an air wrench to break it loose (those buggers are in there). You might have to remove the cylinders for this but shouldn't have to crack the case (?). 3. If that one is bad then what about the others...?
