thanks for the responses, according to the bently manual the cold start valve injects fuel only during the actual starting of the vehicle (while the starter is in use) and not during the warm-up. Is this incorrect? I am new to the fuel injection system used on these motors, and with the information you have provided I am starting to doubt this manual that came with the bus. I will certainly check the cold start valve again (I checked it initially using the recommendating that it was accuated only on start up), but any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
