I've had them on for a couple of years and have had no problems with them. I can understand your dismay at Yokohama not offering any warranty or replacement assistance. The fact is that these tires are rated commercial and don't offer any tread warranty. With that said, I still feel that Yokohama should cover for any failure of the belts. Are the Michelin Agilis tires considered commercial? Is Michelin offering any warranty?
