I also experienced poor custormer service in a fashion similar to that
desribed below. In addition, after requesting to have my old parts
returned on numerous occasions, I arrived to find that the parts had not
been gathered nor did the person at the desk know where they could be
found. He went back to the garage for a few minutes and put some parts in
a box and said that they were mine. I don't trust them at all.
