Try using an old fashioned ice cream maker with a hand crank. Remove the crank and install a sprocket. Attach a sprocket where the left rear wheel used to be on your van and use it as a power take off. Attach a bicycle chain between the two. Hard part is finding someone dumb enough to hold on to the bucket, but some folks will do anything for homemade ice cream!
