I'm afraid not. The motor is inside a blower rotor which is inside a case which is inside the heater box. The box has to come apart to get to the rear motor bearing, and the case and rotor have to be removed to get to the front bearing.

The dash is not *that* bad to remove unless the fasteners have rusted. If you can't do without a heater then I think you're going to have to find a heated space and take the thing apart -- either before or after it seizes up entirely. Or else mount a big blower on a window or something so it can exhaust from there and pull air through the heater box.
