David, One word: VDO. This is the gauge manufacturer that VW uses and they have a HEAP of gauges for your van, all of which will look fairly stock, and will wire up easily.

I want to put in some gauges in my 82 Westy. Is there any brand that is best for performance or installation. I am looking at both a oil and head temperature gauge...are both needed? david
