Congrats on scoring the Agilis. I know they are tough to get. These are the tires sought after by EuroVan owners as well.

I have to say that I love my Yokohama Y370s. I've had them on for a couple of years and have had no problems with them.

I can understand your dismay at Yokohama not offering any warranty or replacement assistance. The fact is that these tires are rated commercial and don't offer any tread warranty. With that said, I still feel that Yokohama should cover for any failure of the belts.

Are the Michelin Agilis tires considered commercial? Is Michelin offering any warranty?
