I replaced my front door speakers with Polk 4.5" coaxial units and this has
made a noticeable difference.
The original speakers are just held in with 4 screws.

Note: If you have Manual windows - you need to verify that the speaker
grills do not poke out so far that they interfere with the
window handle.
