Replaced mine with Alpine 4". Had to drill 4 small holes for mounting because my oe speakers were the screw type base. Used same wiring and it is flush mount, so it does not interfere with the window handle. Also put the same in the back overhead cabinet. Night-n-day difference in sound quality. I also put in a Sony cd player.
