Depends on the yard. The one i went to in Asheville NC pulled all the radios, speakers etc and stored them inside. It just depends. Sun is proabbly even worse than dampness for most speakers. (Also, I got the speakers from a late eighties van, which gave them a lot less mileage than the ones in my '82)
