Just got a 86 syncro but its to tall by about an inch to make it in the garage in my building. My 81 vanagon just makes it. So I need to lower the syncro to the same height (or a little lower if possible) of the standard vanagon. Anyone have any ideas? Switching to 185s instead of the 205 tires? Adjustable shocks? I really need some advice. Parking in my neighborhood is very bad. Plus it will be loaded with work tools which need to be secured.

Thanks John Branstrom Chicago, IL
