Many thanks to the several list members who refreshed my memory of the proper glue for the front poptop seal. I have to go to Tucson on Wednesday, so will pick it up then.

BTW, VW isn't the only company to overcharge for parts. I needed an instrument voltage regulator for my Econoline. This is a simple little part that would be $3 at Radio Shack if only they had one -- $42 at Ford.
