Really tempting, isn't it?

Well, he does offer a one year unlimited mileage warranty on his standard rebuilds, but I wonder if he does on the performance stuff.

I like the idea he has of increasing the stroke with the offset crank journal grind and using Chevy rods. Couple that with a 2.5 mm overbore and you might get enough more low end torque to actually feel for an extra $350 (plus rods). He says that makes the 2.1 nearly a 2.4!

I am going down to visit him soon and see if I can talk to some of his wasserboxer customers.
