Those interested might check with a Canadian company Stebro that has been making stainless steel systems since the 1960's at least and have a reputation for high quality. Don't know if they make one for the Vanagon,but it may be worth asking as the Canadian $ is quite low compared to the $US.

They are just starting a web site http://www.stebro.com/

but may have a 1-800 number.
