Subject:      cryogenic parts treatment
Content-Type: multipart/alternative;

Does anyone have any experience with cryogenic treatment of engine parts such as pistons, heads, valves, cylinder walls, cams, cranks, etc? I've heard that this process will allow parts such as these to last up to 10 times longer than none treated similar parts. From what I've heard, its not terribly expensive, and many race engines are being cryo-treated.

Sounds really interesting, just wondering if anyone out there has any info to share on the subject.

Thanks, John 84 Westy
