I used needle nose pliers to screw the allen head screw in most of the way. Then pushed the upholstery away enough to shove an allen wrench to do the final tightening. Thanks to the list member who suggested this from the archives. Please forgive my inability to recall your name at this time. I really did not have to remove that darn adjuster.
