Hi Raimund, I've had success in the past in having caliper mounts fabricated from either T-6 aluminum or steel. You can usually bolt on to the existing brake mounts. Detlev from the Vanagon Projekt had e-mailed me to advice that he already offers a rear disc brake kit. Perhaps that is one of the brake kits you mentioned. However, as I indicated to him, my primary goal is to try to do this with minimal expense with mostly off the shelf VW (or Audi) components. I am not partial to using ready to bolt on "kits" from known vendors. However, IMHO, part of the enjoyment of this hobby is coming up with simple (and affordable) solutions to seemingly complex problems (and expensive).
