Subject: Boston to DC for Wolfy pickup
Content-Type: text/plain; format=flowed

Hello I will be travelling from Boston to the DC area on tomorrow night or Monday morning to pick up an 87 Wolfy I'm buying. I will take the train or fly if need be but I'd rather drive down there. I have another Vanagon to drive down there but not a second driver to drive it back home.

Please p-mail me if you are planning to or are interested in making this trip. I plan to drive back late Monday or Tuesday. I will be glad to pay for gas and expenses.

The Wolfy reportedly has an overheating problem that may need to be remedied before driving it home. I feel pretty confident I will be able to make the vehicle driveable by servicing the cooling system and replacing the thermostat.

I realize this request is a long shot however Murphy Law states that if I don't ask the question I will later find out that someone close by made the same trip on the same day and could have helped me.

Thanks

Gary
