Thatīs it! Everything I changed (V6 engine, Instrument cluster, Alloys etc.) is reversible. Thatīs why I always buy original wires etc. I never cut any of the vanīs wires but always add my own wires for installing anything not genuine. Even the switches in my console (formerly the switches in the instrument clusters) can be redesigned to fit into the VW-Cluster again.

If it will be important in the future to have a genuine factory equipped car (for a collector etc.), I will be able to reconfigure my van ...
