Thanks Paolo! This gives me hope that there is a single solution to both problems i.e., mirrors don't work and windows don't work. It sounds like I may get results if I take the door panel off and clean all connectors.

P.S. Mine is a Carat also. It's "bordeau" colored. What color is yours? Doran.
