I recently put a new (as in used) pop top on my 84 westy. Top is in very good shape except for a stain all around the skylight area. The flocking that coats the inside of out pop tops has a stain that is probably the result of water damage and resulting mildew. Anyone had any experience with cleaning the inside of our pop tops? Took it to a local automotive detailer and he wouldn't touch it. Said he was afraid of taking the flock off with the chemicals he uses. I'm afraid to scrub the stuff for fear of damaging it. Any recommendations would be much appreciated. TIA Bob, 84 westy Menomonie WI |
