Joe-

After a couple years of research into how to do it safely and practically, we spent about 4 months and $$$$ "stuffing insulation" into a 1976 bus. It made a huge difference, in both heat retention/rejection and noiseproofing. I plan to do the same to our Westfalia.

There are key practices you will want to incorporate, and some blunders you will want to avoid. The whole story is here: http://www.bulley-hewlett.com/VWindex
