I did some troubleshooting, horn switch is good = (works fine). The horn it self is good (works fine), the trouble is in the = connection between the steering column & the steering wheel. Since the steering = wheel is a moving part the connection is made with a spring loaded type = mechanism. Apparently the connection is not being made? Has anyone else had this problem?

I do not see this part anywhere = in the Bentley Manual? Where can I get this part/parts? Or does someone know of = a solution?
