You may want to check with David Marshall at Fast = Forward (www.fastforward.ca) he is in Canada, and I believe he even has = a single or double cab for sale.  He has mentioned = importing/exporting vehicles to/from Canada several times on the list = and may be able to answer your questions.

You may want to seriously look in to what is involved = in importing a
used single cab from Canada.  We have tons of = them here.  Mind you,
we have a lot more double cabs than single cabs, but = it just adds to
the thrill of the chase.  You would not have a = problem finding one
meeting your specifications, as long as you didn't = need it, like,
right away.  Like any good bus search, it'd = prolly take you several
