I have an 1985 Vanagon S. It's a Westy =
Weekender pop-top
-- a Wolfsburg Edition. It has the GL trim door panels, =
corduroy-trimmed
seats and the GL-style front seats with armrests and factory tinted
windows. The unusual thing is that the rear hatch has "Vanagon S" =
on it
where you normally find G or GL. The Vanagon also sits higher in =
front and
back than most I've seen and it's not a Syncro.
Does anyone know what the "S" stands for? Any =
one else
have one of these?
Thanks,
Chris.
