Instead of loooking for local van events to attend, I've decided to put one together myself.  I'm not really into organizing a big shindig, but if anyone will be here in State College for the PSU versus Iowa (November 4) game, or if you just live in the area and want to join in a celebration of vans, let me know.  One listee expressed interest in some kind of event, so yell if there are others.  I know of a few parking lots that don't get too awful crowded.  We could congregate there and have a little tailgate before, during, and even after the game.  I'm lazy, so it would be bring your own food, beer, and anything else - pretty laid back.  Let me know if there is interest.
