Just put a new rebuilt starter on my = 85GL. The van now only starts when its freezing cold (-4F today) and still turns over = very slow and usually doesn't turn over at all. Mechanic thinks its = the starter as it draws ~250amps to turn over.  What amperage should a = good starter draw??? Does it sound like the starter is the = problem?
