Opening and cleaning the AFM didn't = help my intermit loss of speed, mileage, rough idle problem. I did it as per archives.  Some people mention moving the "track" the = lever follows.  To accomplish his, does one move the baseplate or the arm = itself.  It seems there are 3 screws holding that base plate = on.  I assume I am to loosen these and push the plate barely closer to the = arm.  Is this correct?
