OK, both rims are 15 " diameter x 6.5" wide (this is where the tire seats).  
The ET on them is 30.  Now as far as load rating data, I don't know what to
tell you.  There are some other numbers cast on the rims beside the part
numbers but I don't know if any of them would be a load rating (in other
words what would this look like on a rim).  All I do know is that these rims
were made by VW for Vanagons in South Africa.  They are made for Vans with
the heavier 5-cylinder engines in the back and bigger brakes in the front.  
The roads over there are not too great so I would imagine that they are setup
to withstand the normal abuse level of potholes, etc.  Any help you can give
in establishing a load limit on these.
