"all inclusive" fog light kits (wires, switch(es), direction, = mounting)?

yes, Bosch, Hella, etc make nice setups, mounted = above or below bumper, for
under $75.  get the DRIVING lights, not the = FOG lights.

Or you can go to your local speed shop and get a set with = dual lamps that will switch back and forth between Driving and Fog lights = for about $200 :)
