so, besides the Projektzwo fog light kit, are there any other
"all inclusive" fog light kits (wires, switch(es), direction, mounting)?

Yes there are other kits that will work on a Vanagon.  I really like the sell
the Projektwzo fog light kits are they are plug and play, and no drilling.
They look like they are a stock part of the van.

However if looks and drilling don't scare you then you can make just about
any foglight setup work on the van.  I just put a set of really cheap
"Chinese" foglights on a customer's van that came with all the wiring, relay,
etc.  It cost probably $20-25 at the most.  It went together pretty easy for
me (had to modify the wiring a little for the width of the van) and didn't
look too bad.  I don't think it put out the light that the Projektwzo lights
do, but it worked.  Who knows how long they will hold up either.  I have
found that you get what you pay for.  If I weren't running Projektwzo lights
I would at least run some form of Hella light.  They seem to be the best
designed out there.

Bulbs for the Pzwo foglights are not hard to get.  I went to a local Napa and
got one off the shelf with no problem for under $10.  Hope this helps.
