Visa.  $85.40 CND.  Ya gotta be in love with you Vanagon to pa= y this kinda
dough for a shifter upgrade !  'Course it's partly due to living in= the Great
White North with the crappy $ value.  US $ charge for one kit w/ext= ension and
shipping to Canada came to $55.43 which came to 85.40 Canadian Loonies. =  Just
a heads up to you Canucks who are thinking of ordering this item.
